Our Client is a leading and forward thinking author and provider of CRM software solutions to a range of sectors. They have an enviable reputaiton and have developed fully integrated systems for a number of vertical markets, with distribution coverage in more than 70 countries.

Position

A Marketing Director to lead marketing activity across the business.

Providing creative direction, planning and execution of the marketing plan, country by country.

The company invest 4% of the turnover within each country back into marketing with social media a key element.

Responsibilities include: - Analysing the results of all marketing campaigns to develop effective marketing plans for each country - Working effectively with other departments across the business, especially sales, to gain support for marketing initiatives - Effectively managing the marketing budget to ensure that all opportunities are maximised

Candidate

Past experience of working with a software provider, managing the full marketing mix. International experience and the flexibility to travel on a regular basis.
