Asset Manager - Real Estate

This successful Real Estate Group were looking to expand their Asset Management team.

The fund had up to £700M to invest and required a proactive and commercial individual to help achieve desired rates of return.

After a headhunting exercise a successful candidate was identified. A qualified surveyor, with a demonstrable track record in asset management he joined their business in Spring 2007.  We are now working on a number of other assignments within the Group.
