A leading investment bank were looking for a Head of Finance.

Reporting in to the CFO, the candidate needed Big 4 experience and ideally 10 years plus experience as a qualified accountant.

An international search led to a shortlist of 4 candidates from Europe, Asia and Australia.  After a first round of interviews by video conferencing, 2 candidates were invited for  a face to face meeting and an appointment was made.
